• Usage Statistics: Analytics on budget progress, spending habits, and goal achievement.
• Device Information: Device type and OS version (for compatibility purposes).

1.3 DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

• Health Data: We do not access HealthKit or collect any health data.
• Location Data: We do not collect your location.
• Contact Information: We do not access your contacts.
• Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name or email address.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.1 PRIMARY USES

• To provide core app functionality (budgeting, expense tracking, goal setting).
• To synchronize your data across your devices via iCloud (optional).
• To generate reports, statistics, and visualizations of your financial data.
• To improve app performance and user experience.

2.2 DATA USAGE

• Data is used solely to provide app functionality.
• We do not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.
• Data remains under your control and can be deleted at any time.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

3.1 LOCAL STORAGE

All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. Your data remains on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

3.2 ICLOUD/CLOUDKIT SYNC (OPTIONAL)

• If enabled, your data is synchronized to your personal iCloud account.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's iCloud security.
• We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Data is stored in your personal iCloud container: iCloud.ca.yildirim.BudgetManagerApp

3.3 DATA SECURITY

• All data is encrypted using iOS and iCloud security features.
• We do not transmit your data to third-party servers.
• Your data is never shared with advertisers or analytics services.

4.1 NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

5.1 ACCESS AND CONTROL

• You can view all your data within the app.
• You can edit or delete any budget, transaction, or goal at any time.

5.2 ICLOUD SYNC

You can disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Show All → BudgetManagerApp. Disabling sync will stop synchronization but will not delete local data.

5.3 DATA DELETION

• You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device.
• Deleting the app will remove all local data.
• iCloud data can be deleted via iCloud settings.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BudgetManagerApp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and may post a notice in the app for significant changes.
